Holt office interior 05People seek therapy for a number of reasons. Do you feel lost or trapped in a continuous downward cycle? Are you grieving a loss you can't seem to get over? Do you struggle with depression or debilitating anxiety? Are there old wounds that just won't heal?

Whatever your challenges, working with a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist can provide you with insight and clarity along with strategies and tools to help you move forward. As an experienced adult psychotherapist, Angie works with Minnesota women and men at every life stage to heal or work through both situational and chronic mental health challenges.

Our approach

Therapist Angie O'Shea offers a holistic and collaborative approach that begins with listening and understanding your goals. Angie offers nonjudgmental feedback and support while helping you identify the unhealthy patterns that are holding you back. Together you create a treatment plan designed to restore peace and balance in your life.

Everyone is unique, and what works for one person doesn't always work for another. In addition to traditional therapy, Angie also offers these treatment modalities:

  • Art therapy
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
  • Family systems therapy
  • Solution-focused therapy
  • Strengths-based approach

Treatment can be structured in whatever way works best for you, and can involve other family members as needed.
